Concert/Performance Rental Fees

$1, 750 Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
$1, 250 Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday

Hours included: 2:00 pm - 12:00 am

Venue rental includes the following:

  • dedicated event liaison

  • use of the stage, house sound system & lights

  • green room for talent/crew

  • tables & chairs (up to 300)

  • signage on the Chateau Theatre marquee

  • inclusion on the Chateau Theatre event calendar

  • co-hosting/collaboration on social media promotion

Promoter is responsible for:

  • all marketing & advertisements

  • ticket sales

  • admission/check-in staff

  • hospitality

  • production labor (Venue-approved)
